Ran into Czech Republic native Teresa Lengova on Sunday afternoon, and she was rocking this 
extravagantly fringed shoulder bag. She said she got it at H&M and that it cost only $15 or so. I just checked the H&M.com site, and there are other options. A little more expensive. but good to know.
