SOMETIMES a frock is described as a “confection.” Well, here we have a confection turned into a frock.
Chocolate Fashionistas by Drizzle are Moran Etstein’s contribution to The Big Chocolate Show, open to the public today and Sunday (October 8 and 9, 2016). Tickets are $45 per half-day session of sampling and buying and learning, and because it’s in New York, in Manhattan’s Terminal Stores in Chelsea, not many of us will be making the trek.
But given the serious single-source-bean, percentage-driven approach to chocolate in recent years (72% cacao, 67% cacao, etc.), these Fashionistas let us shift our focus for a sec and take a peek at the frillier side of chocolate.
