SEE THE FAMOUS Scalamandré zebras gamboling up and down the tablecloth shown on the front? Or the white broken-pediment mirror shown at left? We can’t promise not to swoop in and buy them first, but something equally cool just might catch your eye at designer Kelley Proxmire’s sample sale. It’s next Friday and Saturday, February 24 and 25, 2017, from 10am to 3pm.
The sale will be held in Kensington, Maryland, at the DNS Warehouse, 4229b Howard Avenue, Kensington, Maryland (behind Hollis & Knight).
Please don’t misunderstand: This is not a yard sale with tired goods and single-digit prices. The mirrors and lamps and tables and chairs and accessories are hardly the stuff of yard sales (see the Kelley Proxmire room at the most recent DC Design House).
