WE’RE SURE DR. TINA ALSTER is a terrific dermatologist and deserving of the Legacy Award being presented to her by the Women’s Dermatologic Society this month. But we have other reasons for revering her: The woman is a demon at packing a suitcase! Here she is in a 2013 Youtube clip on how to pack everything for a weekend business trip, all in one carry-on bag. Then there’s a peek into hercosmetic bags, divided into wet and dry bags. In her third 2013 video, Dr. T, as she styles herself, takes us shopping for beauty products at Saks Fifth Avenue in Chevy Chase, showing us her faves from Chanel, YSL, Bobbi Brown, Lancome, Molton Brown, Armani and La Mer ($290 for La Mer’s Radiant Serum: She acknowledges that’s a lot of money, adding, “It still costs you less than Botox or fillers at my office, though, girls”). Dr. T promised a fourth video, shopping for cheaper cosmetics at the drugstore, but we haven’t been able to find that one. Pity.
